How to Rent a Bike with Gagan Bike Rental in Chandigarh?

At Gagan Bike Rental, we offer three simple security deposit options to make your booking easy and flexible. You can either opt for a zero cash deposit by providing a post-dated cheque (from your own account), along with your original passport and a photocopy of your driving license. Alternatively, you can choose to deposit ₹2,000 along with a post dated cheque, a copy of your driving license, and a valid government ID such as Aadhar Card, Visa, or Voter ID. The third option allows you to deposit ₹2,000 along with your original passport and a copy of your driving license.

Please note, if the required documents are not provided at the time of booking, it will be treated as a No-Show, and the deposit or booking amount will not be refunded. Rent Smart Easy Agreements & Affiliations for Hassle Free Rides

To rent a bike, the rider must be at least 21 years old with a valid motorcycle license. A government-issued ID (PAN Card, Voter ID, Aadhar Card, or any Central/State Govt. ID) must be presented in original until the vehicle is returned.

A security deposit is required in cash at the time of booking. The person making the reservation will also need to sign a rental agreement and complete a bike condition checklist to ensure a smooth and transparent rental experience.

We make sure your ride starts smooth with enough fuel to reach the nearest fuel station.
You’ll receive one complimentary helmet with your rental, though we recommend bringing your own for maximum comfort.
